The  bodice is made with velvet  flocked taffeta bodice has inset sleeves and eyelet  back lacing, empire waist. and full solid taffeta skirt.  The skirt may be straight hemmed or in a slight train. Over sleeve  laces closed thru eyelets with ribbons.
