 Made in crushed panne velvet with luscious long  billowing sleeves to the wrist.  It has no grommets on the collar, just a basic V-front with point collar or mandarin.  It slips over the head.  Its sleeves are extra full for a graceful and dashing look with elastic or ribbon gathers at wrist.
